Rubbermaid cages for Goinurosaurus luii and leopard geckos?

I've never kept G. Luii, but I know for sure that leopard geckos will do fine in rubbermaid containers. Either of those that I posted in that thread will work fine for them. You don't need one's that are that tall for a leo though. Heat passing through them is not an issue. Most "rack systems" are nothing but rubbermaid containers on shelves with a routed space for heat tape under them.
I have quite a good idea can you guys just tell me the pros and cons pls. I was thinking of making it 2 storeys high. Using the same rubbermaid tank and a peace of plastic I could fit in. I would then cut a square out of the peice of plastic and make a ladder going down. The bottom level would heve the heat the humid hides and maybe the food. I was thinking of supergluing sand to the ladder so they dont slip. I was planning on dsoing that to two of them and one would have one leopard geckos the other one would have two. Another question. For the plastic platform would it be OK if it was clear see through or would that scare the geckos to have someone above thanx for your time.

The only problem i can think of is that if the animal is in anyway stressed or maybe if there is any trouble between hosue mates you might end up having one sitting at the top all the time, where there would be very little heat. Can you find tubs which arent as high? Plus I could imagien it being a bit tricky to get the animals out if they are at the bottom, even if you make the top floor removable, as it would mean a lot of moving about in the enclosure.
I keep leopard geckos and g. luii in plastic containers, but they arent particularly high, and look a little wider / longer than the ones in that pictures, and they work very well. I am having a lot of luck with breeding both species in both, and they are very easy to keep at the right temperatures.

have a look around is all i can say.... There are so many different companies, designs and colours available that you never know what u might come acorss if you have a bit of a search around. I would probably still recommend using shallower tubs and not bothering with the second floor, but just cause thats what i use and its working out well for me.
