geckos and music

may sound like a silly question.will music / loud music harm a gecko? cheers

loud music might, but i dont think music should do much harm by itself. more caution has to be taken over the "freak factor" of the music. music can be stressful to geckos, and noise in general, it really depends on the gecko/gecko species in question.

I would guess country music is probably the worst for them

I was at a reptile show and a couple of booths down from me was a lady making reptile balloon for kids. She would pop balloons every now and then. I worried that it would scare the heck out of the Phelsuma I had. They made no reaction at all when any of the balloons popped. I would jump everytime.

My geckos don't seem to mind my opera music.
