Weird toes?

Hi. I'm relatively new to crested geckos, and I'm a bit concerned about a new one I got just recently. When he stands or walks on flat surfaces, he curls his toes up so that he's walking on his "palms." There's not wrong with the toes, he uses them when he climbs, and sometimes walks normally. He doesn't have trouble sticking to things, and there is no stuck shed on his toes or anywhere else. He is active and has good body weight, and the husbandry his previous owner described seemed correct. I've never seen any of my other geckos curl up their toes like that. Could this be a sign of some problem, or is he just weird?

all cresteds do it that I know of, there are many other species that do it too, I think cresteds are just a little more noticeable when they do it.
Do you mean like this?

Thanks Andrew, I'm relieved. I've never noticed it before, gotta take another one out and watch it walk around.
I don't know if you remember me, but my name is Elena, and I got Hawkeye from you. He's doing great, had two sheds since I got him, one right after I brought him home and another more recently. I was really surprised the first time I saw his night colors, because he is very green. I thought that was uncommon. The younger crestie is looking like it'll be orange instead of red. How's the sikorae?
