Identification required pls - wild gex

Hi folks,

I was hoping some of you could provide ID for these geckos which were spotted in "outback Australia" -

ID1 -
(not sure of location of this little guy, sorry)

ID2 -
I believe this one was taken in WA (Pilbarensis region)

ID3 -
I think this one was outback NT area

I have my own suspicions on what each may be, but would love some input from you folks.
