Lizard id

Need help to ID the little dude. Neighbors found it belly-up in their hot tub and brought it to me. I was thinking Texas Spiny Lizard (Sceloporus olivaceus)??

definitely looks like some sort of sceloporus, and your guess might be right, but it's likely to be whatever fence lizard is most common in your area.
