with those tanks, you could keep any Phelsuma.

I keep a trio of P. klemmeri in a 12x12x18, which gives them a little extra room. Klemmeri are great, but if you want a cheaper, good looking gecko as well, go for the gold dusts. they are around, email a few breeders, check kingsnake.com as well.

In the 55 or 45, you could keep any of the larger species as well. Phelsuma m. grandis is a great day gecko, one that is big, beautiful, and not as fragile.

Also, if you want smaller ones, you can look into lineata or quads.

ill pm you some ads I just found with gold dust.

good luck!

For tanks that large, I would really stay away from any smaller species like quads or lineata. It would take quite a bit to "train" the geckos to know where the food was, and in a cage that large, finding the gecko even would be a difficult task. Take a look at standings, grandis etc. I think they would be a much better species for your tank sizes. If you would like me to elaborate further why I believe this, I'll gladly do it when I find the time. Best of luck in filling your many large vivs.

congrats. Where did you order them from? One of the links I sent you? watch out, they will be imports, so take good care of them.

for 125 gallon, try something big, like Lacertas. There is a nice pair on KS as well.

YES Dude Thank you!

The Price he listed was very cheap for 2 pairs and I think it will be worth the risk
(If hes good on his word health wise)
I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed

what do you guys think of splitting the 70 into 2 or 3 parts for the gold dusts?

Mabe I can split it with plexiglass and aquarium sealant
should it be a solid color so they don't see each other?

I'll get them friday so I'll post some pictures

Any other Ideas out there?

spliting cages is awosme idea.I just recently did it to a 20 gallon. And if you did it with a 70 gallon i think it would be perfect to put a couple pairs of Phelsuma laticuada in their, with out any problems.I keep my pair in something thats about the size of a 10 gallon. They do great in their
Hope this helps. If you need help cage building just ask me.I can halp with what little knowledge i have/
