can anyone recomend any books on Australian geckos, particularly Nephrurus and strophurus. Ive read a few care sheets on line but am really after something with more detailed information. thanks - Joel

I don`t know a book specific about Nephrurus and Strophurus.
You can find a lot of informations about Australian geckos in:
- H. G. Cogger: Reptiles and Amphibians of Australia (second hand bookshop)
- G.M. Storr, L.A. Smith, R.E. Johnstone: Lizards of Western Australia: Geckos and Pygopods v. 3 (second hand bookshop)
- Steve Wilson: A Field Guide to Reptiles of Queensland (bookshop)
- Stephen K. Wilson and David G. Knowles: Australia's Reptiles: A Photographic Reference to the Terrestrial Reptiles of Australia
Very very good: The journals of the GGA with a lot of information about keeping and breeding Nephrurus and Strophurus. This journals are the best choice .

I ´m looking myself for "Storr, Smith & Johnstone", I only found one book in america for a lot of money. Here in Europe I didn`t find one last years.
Of the "Cogger" I got 2 exemplars 1 month before at Chimaira : www.chimaira.de

i ordered - G.M. Storr, L.A. Smith, R.E. Johnstone: Lizards of Western Australia: Geckos and Pygopods but the company took my money and said they are only going to be able to get the book if a reprint is done where can i obtain copies of the journals of the GGA? do you need to be a member of the GGA? i'll have a look for the other books. thanks - Joel
