Breeding N.Amyae

I have a couple questions. My first question is do i put the female in the males cage or the male in the females cage? Second Is how long do I keep them together do i cycle them or just leave them together for awhile?

Im no knobtail expert but i would say put the male in the females cage because she already knows the area and where she would lay her eggs.

hello, my best experience is to put the female to males area, because he has the most active part and when the male is getting moved to a new area, sometimes the won´t do any mating activity, but this depends on the males character.
i have the best result in that way.
second, i always keep my animals single, during the whole breeding time and defently during the cooling cycle.
hope this helps a bit.

Yep, I put the female in the males...since its better if he is comfortable. Its said to keep them separtate during cooling.

I usually will introduce the female into the male's cage and leave them together for a couple days before putting her back into her cage with a nest box. I make a few such introductions throughout the breeding season.
