Sorry if this is a repeat-I would like to know from those of you that have large collections, which prey item do you use and why ie cost wise, easier to feed ect.The reason I'm asking is that I want to switch my collection from crickets(expensive, hard to breed)to mealworms and superworms, and how would this affect growth. Thanks in advance

i use regularry mealworms and superworms with all my leos (bith babies and adults are around 60 geckos) and they grow up really well, they look healty and fatty...i don't use too much crickets because they can digest better worms..but i give some cricketts to my geckos sometimes for improve their attention and the ability to hunt (they are more active if sometimes i give them some cricketts)
i prefer absolutly worms
probably if your geckos eat crickets for the first period don't eat too much worms...they are more static than crickets

i use both crickets and meal/super worms(32 leos and about 30 other kinds of geckos/lizards). theyre cheeper and i can always find them somewhere if i run out before my shipment comes in... i dont have the patients to breed them. i did feed silkworms at one point too since i had some pickey leos that wouldnt take anything else but now theyre off them. but now im looking into feeder roaches as they are very easily bred and theres a ton of different kinds... just gotta wait for my friend to get them in
