Interest in some mad mads

I was browsing through a forum the other day (poison dart frogs), and came up on a thread discussing some mad mads. I have experience with darts, but none in the world of phelsuma.

I have a friend who visits this site, and is letting me use his/this account. I'm not the real booboo, I figure if I develope a large interest I will create my own.

These geckos really caught my eye, I believe the scien. name is phelsuma madagascariensis or something along those lines, although I am not very sure.

I would appreciate if anybody could shed some light on these guys. I have several questions.

1.) Can these guys take smaller food items such as D. melonagastor/hydei (fruit flies), or will they need to be given often/occasionally larger prey such as crickets, etc?

2.) Would a 30 gallon vivarium be sufficient for two of these geckos? As in a 36"x12"x20-25" tank)

3.) What temperatures do these geckos need ideally? Since I have the frogs, it is between 60 degrees minimum, and 80 degrees maximum (farenheight)

4.) Is this species bold, or will they hide when I move around, make noise, etc.

Thanks very much in advance for any answers, comments, suggestons, etc. I appreciate it.

Cheers everyone.
