the real simple way, without minding inbreeding. By taking greater numbers of starter gecko's you can reduce the inbreeding

if you start from the beginning you could take 4 albino's. Breed them and hold on to the most orange ones. Breed them, and keep the most orange ones again. Simple linebreeding

Take an albino male and a nice orange female. Breed them, and incubate the eggs for female. Pic the nicest looking orange babies, and breed them back to the male. A little inbreeding, but one or two generations isnt going to hurt. Id then trade some orange albino offspring for some of unrelated blood, and continue to breed with those.
