she pulled it to the back of her head and stayed like that rest of the day and the next day and now she looks like this.. shed on an elbow and the tail

it was really interesting watching her shed because in order to pull the shed off the top of her head shed bring her front arms up and around. place her foot on top of her head in order to try and get ahold of the shed to pull it off. it totally reminded me of when my bearded dragons were babies and would sit there and wave to eachother and us

if thats how she has looked for a couple of days now, ur gonna want to manually take the rest of that shed oiff. especially from the tail. if left on, the shed could harden and tighten around the tail (restricting the bloodflow) and eventually cause necrosis. since it didnt come off in one piece like a glove........im guessing your humidity is probably a little too low for this species.

after i took that pic i took her out and got the rest of the shed off her... i usually keep the humidity about 60-70% and when i notice they are shedding i mist them a bit more to make sure it is humid enough for it to come off... this one was actually the first one where it didnt all come off at once.
