Assuming the Red Eyed trait of the RAPTOR is simple recessive and your Het RAPTOR is Albino and your Het APTOR is Albino. From what I've read the Patternless part of the RAPTOR/APTOR is Line Bred along with the ORange part.

Therefore; the results should be this:
50% Albino Het Red Eye
50% Albino

The babies will show traits from both parents for the ORange and Patternless.

If one parent is Albino and the other is Het Albino, it breaks down like this:

50% Albino Het Red Eye
50% Het Albino & Red Eye

The babies will show traits from both parents for the ORange and Patternless.

If no parents are Albino, the results are this:

25% Albino het Red Eye
50% Het Red Eye & Albino
25% Het Red Eye

The babies will show traits from both parents for the ORange and Patternless.

If you have any questions about clarifications, please post. APTORs/RAPTORs are not easy genes to deal with, good luck!

Assuming both parents are Tremper albinos and the 'RAPTOR' gene signifies the red-eyed trait, the probablitlity for offspring would be:

Tremper albino, het red-eye
x
Tremper albino, het red-eye

offspring:
25% Tremper albino
50% Tremper albino, het red-eye
25% Tremper albino, red-eye

He says only one of the parents is het RAPTOR.
