I was noticing the lovely eye ring coloration that most gargoyles portray the other day, and decided to snap a photo of one of our females that has a sweet orange coloration going on.
Sorry the eye is a little dirty, I'm not up to date on gecko eye ball cleaning practices lol
It's always interesting to look at the photos once they're uploaded, and when you accidentally photograph a 'crater' like imperfection in the eye that has healed over. Here's a little closer version of the shot above

I have a feeling markings like these on the eye are actually quite common. Everytime I've captured one in a photo, it's been accidental. I've also noted that with each shed, the markings seem to dissipate, and gradually become less noticeable.
And here's a photo of the female playing in the new repashy nectar bag from a few weeks ago.
Shortly later she returned to the bag to lick it some more
