[G. luii] question about morph/local type

Hello everybody !

I had question about the differences between the "normal" and the orange neon form?
Is this diffrence because of the locality of these lines ?

I saw G. luii with red eyes and adult with orange eyes, is this color changinig with the age ?

Do someone have a picture of the orange neon form ? are these only the bands color that are different ?
