All those N. Laevissimus breeders

Hey

Just thought I would check and see what other Laevissimus breeders are doing with newly hatched juveniles. Due to this species stress factors & skidish behaviour when young, I am curious as to how many have had success with juveniles when not letting them burrow & letting them burrow?

I.e. Does it necessarily matter to let a newly hatched juvenile burrow while in the juvie enclosure or do most people just supply a tiny amount of substrate & then a hide?

Cheers in advance.

Hi Ari,
I've successfully raised N.laevissimus babies with a few cm deep sand and inverted pots. I have found the young specimens are more prone to stress than adult, so keep them in a quiet place, where they also can not see any other bigger gecko.
