Hi guys

My male PMG/K (undecided!) dropped his tail (2 sections) today in my sloppy attempt to catch him when he escaped.

I'm already kicking myself for being the worse keeper in the world, but now I just need to know how to fix him.

Will I let nature take it's course, or attempt to medicate the wound (which will probably cause him much more stress)

Thank you!

Aaah caroline!
Ok i'd advise Tamodine dabbed onto the base of the tail with cotton buds..
Thats all you can do really. seperate him from her and put him on paper towel and sterilized furnishings (i would reccomend no live plants and nothing from his other enclosure just to be safe re: infection).
My standingi has escaped a few times, use a shoe box to get them!

Hello,

i had it once, that one PMG male lost his tail completely.I have done nothing, because it bleeded not,and after 1 day the wound is dry.The regeneration ability of PMG is phenomenous.
