He/she escaped! Ahhh!!!
I walked into my bedroom, turned on the light, and saw one of my little gecks sitting on it's hiding rock. I figured the other one was just hiding as they often do.
So I went out of my room again, and right outside the door was a tiny gecko! 'House gecko on the floor?' I thought. 'Wait... that's mine!' I grabbed him off the floor and proceeded to have a little fit which got both my parents attention.
He got out and I have no idea how... well... I have one idea. They are in a fish tank, it's about 1ft high, give or take. Nothing on the walls to climb... apart from the wire leading to the temp gauge. All I can think is it streched up, grabbed it and managed to pull itself up, then crawl along a 1mm round wire, then fall out of the tank.
Anyone ever had their U.Milii's do this?
Yay though, I got him back!
I've put the glass lid on the tank for tonight. It has a small hole in one corner to lift it by, which should let some air in... tomorrow I'll get some fly screen to use instead.
