Rock backgrounds

I'm in the concept stages of my little Gecko paradise and am thinking of a naturalistic rock background. Does anyone have any experience with, or thoughts about Z-Brick for that purpose? Particularly their "Graystone" product.

As a new member here, I'm not allowed to post links yet, but their site is easy to find. Just search for "Z-brick".

The manufacturer offers a clear, acrylic sealer that might be very appropriate.

My creation wouldn't be so much a "masonry wall" such as they show on their site, but something a bit more natural looking in its formation, with outcroppings and such, and not a consistant mortar line. The product interests me because it's not as heavy as real rock.

Just FYI, that was your 4th post. So, you should be able to post links and pics now without a problem. I'm not familiar with the z-brick stuff. But I'll check it out. Make sure to check out the old posts in this forum and the DIY forum as there are a lot of folks around here that have posted lots of good info pertaining to making naturalistic backgrounds.
