Hello!

Yesterday I got a phonecall from a woman who bought 1,1 Rh. ciliatus (CB06) from us.

She told that the gecko maybe in bad health. I was asked if we can take a look on that.

In the evening she delivered the gecko.

Here is the result


This is the proof that some people shouldn't be allowed to keep animals.
We told her 1000 times to keep them seperated.

The poor little gecko was killed by a Vet this morning.

it was just to young to pair. Additional it was oppressed by the bigger male.

I agree this is probably severe MBD,plus maybe the influence of bad genes-inbreeding is the rule with cresteds,as far as the number of captive F1 individuals are concerned :?

Such a shame, poor gecko, I really don't know how someone could screw up so bad with a crested gecko!!

Hi!! i´m new in the forum, and i have a question relationed with this post:
I bought a pair of ciliatus, they are about 2 months old (say the salesman) and they are "probabli" a female (fire) & de male (dalmata). They are together in the terrarium, in some Spanis forun´s people says that they are so little to make things like the picture, but in case of they were both males or females, we must keep them separately?? we must do that now?? or wait to be sure of the sex of the geckos??? this weekend i will put some photos of our geckos!!

I forget some information: they are about 8 cm long. and 4,7 grams weight, sorry!! we dont use the same measurements, i will learn about it soon!!
