I read that the animals are somewhat more difficult to keep and breed compared with some other Phelsuma. What are your experiences?

To what is to be paid attention?
Comparable kind?

Thank you and greeting!

I also keep this species of phelsuma. I do not find them hard to keep. You can compere them to the Phelsuma mad boehmei and barbouri. Breeding this species i do not have any experiens whit ad the moment. I don't keep them that long.

Hey Gekkie!

Thank you for your informations!
I hope to get some one day, but I would like to wait when the prices somewhat fall.:biggrin:
I am not an experienced Phelsuma keeper, so that I am somewhat careful.

Much luck with your ones!

Very nice animal!
Is this species very shy or can you feed them by hand?
How many keepers of this species do you think live in Europe (are there more than 10)?

Kind regards
Quadi

I don't feed any animales by hand so... i do not know. I find that the males of this specie are more shy then the females. I don't know how many keepers there are in Europe. I know of 3 keepers (including my zelf) in Holland en 5 somewere in Europe.

Regards Peter.
