Hi, I am curious as to what others have or have not done in the past. I have one male and two female nephrurus amyae. I am looking to breed them in due time (when the females are of legal age, and of proper weight;-) ) Has anyone bred them in trio's, or is it best to just add one female to the males enclosure at a time?? Any opinions, or experience is greatly appreciated. Thankyou..

For your questions...use the search engine. I am sure you will get enough results about breeding and keeping the amyae. As for the deleani, keep them like your levis...

Hi Oli,

I am sure many people keep their amyae in pairs due to the suplus of males in the hobby. I have several 'single' females that I will rotate a male through during the breeding season. I simply leave the male with each female for a couple of weeks and it works like a charm.
However if you want to create a sustainable 'colony', you can get an unrelated male for one of your females so you can breed the offspring to eachother without inbreeding.
