Phelsuma and Calcium

OK heres my question. I've looked around but have never seen any info on this. I put calcium in a dish in with my Tokays, and the female eats is when she needs it. Do Phelsuma do the same? I'd like to know because it would definitely help you know.

I have read about this also but I am not sure of the animals consuming it I would like to know also.

we keep a dish in each cage. Some eat it some don't. We've alway kept dishes in with our phelsuma.
