Intervals between sheds

Hello.
Can you tell me, is there general intervals between tokay shedding?
Mine shedded a month ago and now he's all white again.
All Google say is that they shed "regulary" but without any direct info.
Will appreciate any help, thank you.

I really couldnt tell you how often they shed. Alot of it depends on how young and fast they are growing. Sometimes i dont even notice if they shed becuase they eat it.

I never see my babys shedding or my adult female because she hides alot. My male I see him shedding about once every few months. Like Cliff said its hard to tell because you will never find the shed laying around.
