hello, im a new member so i thought i would say hello. i currently own N. levis Levis geckos and have become intregued by them, i currently have 5, 3 females and 2 males housed as a pair and a trio.

i am currently working at the university of queensland as a veterinary technician and am comencing veternary science next year.

looking forward to learning from others on this site.

So I skimmed through you geckos section on your site, and well your in Australia right, so are all thoughs geckos Australian species? I mean you can't import export from ozzyland right?

yes that right we can only own australian geckos (actually australian reptiles). this is ment to help stop importation of exotic diseases which may establish and to stop the establishment of feral populations (we already have feral populations of corn snakes, asian house geckos).
thankfully we have a huge range of species so we can still have a huge range. the only way to keep an exotic species is to have a zoo/exibitor permit which (i believe, as i haven't really looked into it) i have been told is very hard to receive.
