I'm still playing with the new camera... 
Neither of these shots came quite as clear as I wanted them, so I reduced and combined the shot to something small and fairly forgivable. Still, it shows some of the striking color variation between day and night time coloration on a single species:
It's amazing the difference twelve hours make on the color of these guys.
Also, since I've moved them to a larger tank, with many more hide spots and more vertical space, they've become a lot bolder and more curious of the world around them.
Here's a nice macro shot of one of their feet:
Can you tell it was a night shot? (Just from the color of the gecko. )
An finally, just to show I'm not the only one who finds watching these guys fascinating at home:
Hmmm, wonder if I can make the date display conform to US standards? (It is month/day/year here, for those of you living in places with more sensible short date formats.)
