Checking Calcium sacks before breeding??

So I have heard this a few times. Do I need to open my females mouth (somehow) and check her calcium sacks before breeding her? If so, what is the best, stress-free way, I can go about do that? Also, what should they look like? Can anyone provide pics for me.

take her in one hand, and tickle her snout with the index finger of your free hand. Left and right along her mouth, until she starts to threaten you.

How old is she, and what weight?

Thx very much for the pic and discription. That is exactly what I needed. She is about 2 years old and weights alittle over 40 grams. She's a big girl.
