B. sakalava: aggression or courtship?

I've been working a bit too much OT lately, so I'm not sure if this behavior has been going on for a while, or if it's something recent, but I'm not certain if it's aggression between two individuals or just some form of courtship behavior, so I figured I'd try to get a few opinions from those who have kept this species before.

I've witnessed one of my sakalavas confront another a few times already, and while some details are obscured, the script is the same each time:

One gecko will run from its hide spot, a the "cave" made between the snake plant and a mostly hollow rock in front of it, to the already occupied hide spot behind a large piece of cork bark on the opposite end of the tank.
Then I'll see the confronter's tail wiggle while the other gecko's tail stays still. (The tails tend to stick out from the hide spot when two geckos are in there.) One (or both of them, I'm not sure,) will call loudly, and then a short chase around the back of the tank will ensue, with both geckos ending the chase at the same spot they began the chase from. (By the cork bark hide.)

Now unless it's a fight over a favorite hide spot, (Which I doubt, since each gecko has pretty much staked out a preferred hide for itself, and they've been in that terrarium for quite a while already.) So I'm leaning towards this being some form of courtship at the moment.

I would however, like to know with a little more certainty before I decide whether i will have to plan on shopping around for an incubator soon, or just set up another tank to separate the two.
