Phelsuma Breviceps

This is one of my favorite Phelsuma because it looks so different than most of them but I hardly ever hear anything about them does anyone in the US breed them or are most of th ones in captivity in Europe? I know they are pretty small but I hope to obtain some one day. -Tito

There is a couple of people in the states working with them. I think the number is pretty low.

Only a few guys in the states are working with them, and everyone who has them loves them. My buddy is breeding them and I'm at the top of his waiting list. Maybe I'll get a few juvies real late in the year...........

here in Holland they are available in good number.
i have for myself a pair
the male is slightly a year old and the female is 4 years old.

there are more breeders here in holland.

ivan nagorny
kevin tomson
peter bol.
that makes it a total of 4.
maybe there are more.

in germany there are much more breeders.

They are one of the Phelsuma that isnt sold on open market to often. If someone ends up selling some they always have a waiting list or a friend or someone that just gets ahold of them at the right time that ends up buying them. Best thing is just findin someone with them and get to talkin to them about getting some. Maybe you'll get lucky.
