cleaning solution for new tank?

so i just bought a huge 50 gal tank that I'll be adding an extra screen section to to make it taller but i need to know how i should clean it. it was used as an aquarium but the water stains aren't bad just a little near the top but i'd like to get them all off. so if anyone has any suggestions i'm very open!

ill be using this tank for a live Vivarium

I try and stay away from harsh chemicals in my tanks so I use lemon juice or diluted vinegar and a razor blade they usually do the job if they still persist I let them soak in warm vinegar and thats it
