Help with velvet gecko 'spot'

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding a little spot on the ventral side of a tryoni I recently got. Is it just a little scar? Maybe something similar to our belly button? Maye some of you just laugh bu I haven't seen it as such on any my others or wild ones.
