Oedura/ Diplodactylus tendencies

As I am doing with some african species, I would like to know about terrestrial and arboreal tendencies of Diplodactylus and Oedura. I think all Diplos are terrestrial and needs horizontal small tanks, right? And about Oedura? I have read they are semi-arboreal, so they can be kept in a horizontal or vertical one? What terrarium sizes do you guys uses for yours geckos?

It depends on the species whether they are arboreal or terrestrial

I have all of my Oedura set up in semi arboreal tanks ( 12x12x18 ). I use the ZooMed ones and they work great. Have yet to work with Diplodactylus, but I do keep Strophurus and they're set up in a semi arboreal way as well ( 12x12x12 ZooMed )
