So its my first time breeding and my females first time laying. I have a deli cup with moss in it and a hole in the top. She has used this hide when shedding many times before so she knows where it is.
She decided to lay her eggs on the floor of her cage. She was checked on at 10:00 this morning and no eggs. When my wife looked at 2:30 she had laid them, so I am not exactly sure how long they were out. My wife said that they we a little bit sunken in (not much though). From my research that means they need humidity. By 2:40 the eggs were in vermiculate and in the pre-preped incubator. Surface temp where the eggs were is normally 85-87.
Do you guys think that these eggs have a good chance of hatching?
