Hello I have a following questions:
1. It is said that, aside from insects, tokays are catching little frogs, lizards and, sometimes, eggs of small birds. Can they actually eat quail's eggs from grocery store? I mean eggs are very nutritious and have a lot of essential calcium but they won't move like other prey so maybe tokays are eating eggs by smell.
2. My tokay(CB) is silent all the time and barked only once, when I forcefeed him with vitaminized locust(he refused to eat for a week and began to lose weight but later started eating normally). Do your capture bred tokays are vocal ones or rather silent?
3. About sizes. It is said that male tokays are significantly bigger than females. What rate of sizes are normal so one tokay won't "supress" the other? My male is 27 cm long with weight about 70 gramms. What size it shopuld be for female gecko so they can coexist without "supression"?
Thanks for answers.
