Food for crickets - but safe for uroplatus

What can I put in vivariums to keep the crickets alive and eating (and entertained, so reduce the chances of them escaping/hiding), but something that won't harm Uroplatus?

Thanks in advance!

Repashy Insect Gut Load or Repashy Superfoods.

You could keep a small baby food jar lid filled with the above products, and rotate it out twice a week or so to keep its freshness if not all consumed.

You can buy it in various sized, resealable packages.

Ok, I was thinking of that but didn't know if it could adversely affect the gecko if ingested, but I suppose it is indirectly being eaten by them anyway isn't it.

Thanks for your input, I will give it a go!

I tried this stuff in the tanks but it got all funky from the mistings. I ended up getting the water/gut load gel cubs, they last longer and don't get yucky near a quickly. Plus they soak up any water from they misting so they don't get to dry.

24 Ounce Cricket Total Bites

Just my 2 cents. Hope you find something that works for you!

yeh, getting crappy from misting is a point I didnt think of.

I was thinking of a food equivalent of that gel water stuff for them, so I guess this is the sort of thing I was looking for. Thanks for the link ;) i will check it out and maybe give it a go!

Apples & Carrots have basically no nutritional value that will be passed on to the geckos but a little vit c and beta carotene. Thats why I use the gels, much better stuff for the geckos. Also with the amount of wasted food that just rots away and never gets eaten by the crickets it costs about the same.

I know this may sound a little weird but I use tropical fish flakes. They seem to withstand getting wet, the crickets adore them, and I have not observed any adverse effects to the geckos.
