The majority of leopard gecko morphs available today have been inbred at one point or another. So have the majority of ball python morphs. However, both species have proven to be able to withstand a certain amount of inbreeding before negative side effects appear. Some do, some don't. I have read that albinos are generally tame and just la around, unlike normals witch can be quite jumpy I think. I believe they are lazy because they have all been inbreeded to a certain point.
If I remember right albinos in any species have a sensitivity to light I think it has to do with the lack of pigmentation.(trying to remember high school biology) I have a Tremper Albino that would ride on my shoulder like a little parrot all day long if I would let him.
