Huge Leo

So my patternless albino is massive, i measured him to be almost 12 inches in length and even got a shot of him and my other male next to each other for a size comparison ( yes i know they can be aggressive twords each other they showed no signs of the slightest interest in the other and they are house in separate tanks. ) i don't have anything to weight him on so i don't know his weight but could he possibly be a giant? or just a large gecko? both animals are the same age i believe I've had them for a very long time. not sure on exact history they were just kinda given to me.

wow he is a big boy, I would say in my VERY UNPROFESSIONAL opinion that he is definately a giant! He's also very handsome, both of them are!

yeh I've been super busy, new job and stuff and have some people that are going to hire me to do tanks for them like the viv i made myself which is gunna be fun.

they're sweet geckos, used to be feisty and want to nip at you. but i worked with them ALOT and they're super sweet now. i love my boys.

About once a month or month and a half or longer i give the patternless a pinkie. he loves them. I've tried giving them to the tremper but he won't touch em. they really love super worms so thats their staple, crickets they like but don't generally like chasing them so i need to get a set of feeding tongs to i can feed them more crickets and less super worms. they eat about every other day for about 2 weeks then won't touch anything for about a week then eat a ton the first day of their 2 week sched but before that won't so much as look at food. they like meal worms ok but they tend to be a lot smaller and they like big food. especially the big guy, hell if i wiggle my finger or even have it near him while he's eating his worms he try and eat me to!

Looks like you got yourself a super giant. Could you take a pic of him next to a ruler? His shape is very much like a giant. They are sort of like the godzillas of the leopard gecko world.

i have a tape measure somewhere dunno where my ruler is.. even though i should find it i've needed it for drawing straight edges for a while ( i'm an artist) but i'll see what i can do i'll have my friend help me later.

well if i get any giant babies from him someday i'll sell you one. i still can't believe i got him for free with tank and lights and well everything! lol i wish my bf would let me get more geckos.

Probably in september I will have a couple giant babies. I plan on breeding my giant(raul) with my super hypo tangerine(A.J.[AppleJacks]) to make giant, orange babies. Sometimes if you just go to petco/petsmart, they will have giants labeled as "jumbo" and they sell those for $80.

Sure. I read that if you cross giant x normal, one giant baby and one normal will come out. I have two females and one male, and this is their first year breeding, so I don't know about how many good eggs will come out. I am thinking to on do two clutches max a year(so they don't become overbread and die at a premature age), so I could get up to 4 giant babies a year, and they would all most likely be orange with a little bit of carrot tail of jungle.
