Vitamins & Calcium

I keep reading threads about calcium and vitamins and im getting confused. I have a juvie tangerine and i dont give it calcium or vitamins. I just dust the crickets prior to feeding. Am i missing something? Do I have to give it more then the usual dusting? Please Help.

I would also like to know this. I am getting my gecko next week, and I don't know if I should only dust the crickets, or dust them AND leave out a dish of vitamins. The directions only talk about dusting. It doesn't have any other directions. And if I should put out a dish, how much should I put in the dish at a time?
