My geckos a HOG!

ok so i got my gecko on friday of last week and she wasn't eating so i put in a mealworm on tuesday thinking she has to be hungry and she ate it (by the way theses are medium sized mealworms) and then put another in and thought she might not eat well she did, another one, another, 17 mealies later.

Omg i thought she would eat three and she ate 21 :shock:!

ok so after that i thought she wouldn't eat very much she didn't until about 2:00pm today she ate another 11 mealies still medum sized :shock:!

so i guess she just loves to eat lol

Meal worms are small, and not very filling. I can sit back and easily watch my adult male chow down 30 mealies.

pretty gecko you got there mine is abou the same age and it is a chunky monkey like yours

awwww she's no hog! She's a cutie patootie... and be greatful you dont have 20+ of them that eat like that... I buy 2000 crickets a month and almost ALWAYS run out before the new ones come in!!!!

(but i have a savannah that gets them as a snack, two Chams and a freaking tegu that eats 40 twice a day!)
