Phelsuma lineata or Phelsuma laticauda

I've narrowed it down to either P. lineata or P. laticauda. Which one should I get? Or should I get a P.m.grandis? I need something easy, but entertaining and takes up some of my time. Which one should I get out of the 3?

Both my P. laticauda and P. m grandis is very active and fun to watch. They are both beautiful geckos. I almost think you would like the P. m grandis the most.

Thanks!
I've actually just ordered a P. laticauda from a very respectable and knowledgeable pet store, "Jack's Aquarium and Pets". I've been a customer there for 2 or 3 years and they are always happy to help. I've got a nice, large Exo-Terra terrarium that opens on the top and on the side. It'll give him or her a very nice place to roam.
Again, thank you.
(p.s., price had a lot to do with it. P.M. grandis cost 130$, while P. laticauda cost only 30$).

At those prices and considering the source, I'd guess these animals are wild-caught? If so, in the long run, it may have been much easier and cheaper to simply acquire animals from a Phelsuma breeder. There are actually enough of us around to at least supply some of the "common" species...

I actually called the store today, and asked if the geckos are captive bred or wild caught. The person I asked said that all of the pet stores for "Jack's Aquarium and Pets" are all captive bred, and they do not use wild caught animals. I do trust their word because they are very knowledgeable people.
Thanks!

You can ask most pet stores and most say CB. Then in reality 9 out of 10 get from Cal Zoo and the majority of their animals are WC. Rule of thumb. . .dont trust pet stores unless you know the people personally.
