Stenodactylus sthenodeactylus vs. S. petrii

I was wondering if anyone could post side to side pictures of a petrii and a sthenodactylus. I have what was sold to me as S. sthenodactylus and decided I wanted to branch into petrii. When I started looking for information on petrii I realized that what I have now looks like them :/

If it's not too much trouble I'd also like it if somebody were able to point out the major differences of the two species so that way I will be able to look for tell-tale signs of the different species when I see geckos of this genus.

Thanks!

Stenodactylus S. has a broader shorter tail, Petrii have a more whip-like longer thinner tail, thats the first thing i look for between them ... :)

what are the average sizes for each species? I kept petrii back in highschool and had great success with breeding them. I'm now wishing that I had never sold them.

Thanks!

I have a friend who does pet store orders (he's their reptile supply guy) and he showed me the list where he can whole sale from. They had petri geckos (which I'm assuming are Stenodactylus petrii) for 2 something a piece. I told him to pick me up 12 (assuming that I'll lose some due to being imports). After reading and talking to some people I realized that many times geckos are mis-identified when being imported, and when I got my geckos I wanted to be able to visually tell which ones are the petrii and which ones weren't. There are a lot of similarities due to them being in the same genus. Thanks a ton you guys :)
