Well I haven't posted on here for some time, but I've been "browsing" threads. I thought I'd give a little update
My geckos are all doing GREAT. I bought a breeding trio awhile back. Two trempers and what I believe is a normal - she was too skinny so was separated but the slurry recipe helped that really quick. The female tremper laid a clutch about 2 months ago, one failed within the first week, and the second just hatched (55 days at 83 degrees). Well surprise surprise...the hatchling is NOT by the male tremper lol. So either the father is a giant blizzard, or a patternless male from the guy I bought this trio from (I no longer have contact, he moved after I bought the geckos).
The little girl is doing well, although very tiny. She will not eat live food yet, so I've been supplementing her with the slurry to keep her going. She's shed once so far, and there is a little more yellow showing through on her back white area. I hope once she's grown a little that she'll start being more interested in live food, but until then she will keep getting spoiled
She definitely doesn't mind the slurry, and actually crawls into my hand now, expecting it.
Here are some pictures...of mom and baby.
