New Boy's in town

I received my new Husbands for my girls on Wed of this week. They came from a wonderful breeder. My other geckos were purchased when they were very young and so they are very tame. These guys are the complete opposite... one of them even whacked me with his tail. They are both 1 year olds and I would imagin they weren't handled much, if at all. About how long before they come out of their hides to eat. I am leaving them alone and letting them settle in. Will it ever be possible to even touch them or hold them?

it maybe possible, but it will take some time and a lot of patience before you can handle them. once they settle in, put your hand into the tank near them and let them come to investigate, eventually you start closing your hand around them and then slowly start lifting them out.
