Difficult question to answer..We generally feed excess calcium to compensate for the poor uptake but this can produce other problems. . There's several way you can go. One quite popular one is to dust the crickets with a vit/mineral powder once a week and dust them with calcium on the other feeding days. You can also put a small dish of powder in the tank so that they can have more if they want.

Most literature suggests extra calcium for females during the breeding season. I dust the crickets with a little calcium every feeding.
