Hi,
I have been struggling to find books specifically written for keepers of Rhacodactylus auriculatus. All books seem to specify in R. ciliatus and while i know there very similar as captives it seems strange reading up on one species and practising what ive read with another species. There must be differences and i dont want to be missing them.
I have read Phillippe de Vosjoli (2005) 'Crested Geckos'
I will be reading soon Philippe De Vosjoli et al' 'Rhacodactylus: The Complete Guide to their Selection and Care' (2003)
I was also thinking of getting Aaron M Bauer 'The Herpetofauna of New Caledonia; Contributions to herpetology' - Its not cheap but is it worth it?
Also some German books i keep finding look really good but im unsure if they are available in English;
Wolfgang Schmidt (2007) 'Rhacodactylus ciliatus und auriculatus'
Finally does anyone know of a place in the UK where this last book is available?
Robert Seipp et al' (2000) 'Rhacodactylus: Biology, Natural History & Husbandry'
If anyone one has any comments on the above books i would very much appreciate it.
Thanks
