C.bicinctores breeding questions

In hope someone would shed some light on me I am posting this thread.

I have a pair and I wanted to know :

-I suppose they need some cooling, so what temps and how long?
-Where do females lay their eggs? Should I provide some kind of nest box or just put enough sand in enclosure? Mist one side?
-Incubation temperature and humidity and substrate? Length of the incubation?
