I have some geckos that got similar problems with thier mouths lately. I don't have the clue what can that be, but I found it on different species and I kept them same as before. They are all eating without problems and this doesn't seem to affect them. Interesting is that in some cases it is on both sides of mouth under the eye and in one young fat-tail it's on one side only.

I want to mention that I feed them insects that I produce and which are perfectly healthy cose I feed them various foods and I do supplement with vitamins and minerals about 2-3 times a month a few insects and Ca without P and D3 a bit more.
