They're slightly smaller than P laticauda. Relatively easy to keep, as phelsuma go. Very variable in colour, ranging from a mottled brown, through to pale ash grey and at their most colourful, pale ash grey body with powder blue head and tail. I've found the hatchlings to be quite fragile, but that may be more to do with incubation method as others have found them fairly hardy. The pair I have at the moment are fairly tame and usually on show.
