Why would my gecko have really runny stools?

One my leos laid a really runny stool and it smells really bad. I've never had this issue. I think it mite been my girl. Would this be a hydration issue they all have been fecaled and are parasite free. I just bought the stuff to build their most hide so it will be put into the enclosure would that help to hydrate them. Also i just switched them over to mealworms to see if they would eat them and the consistency of there normal stools seems different.

Maybe its an upset stomach like you or I would get from something not agreeing with our digestion system. It can happen to geckos too.

ok well i fed them sum wax worms could that also have upset there stomach

I have found that wax worms give my gang runny stools as well, remember they are mostly fat, and upset their systems if not use to them. Good luck.
