All seems well . Baby ( the name of the gecko ) is doing great. Seems to be more acrobatic in the tank without the tail. Also when I found it that night it was almost white with sunken in eyes. It was loose for ten days. anyways ever since it has been back in the tank it has darker colors and seems to be getting bigger in the body and was wondering if this was because the tail is not there to "feed" so more food goes to the body. was trying to find info on this and couldn't find any. so if anyone has a clue I am curious.
not the greatest of pictures of the wound but I do not want to disturb em too much while its healing.....anything I should look for that would not be normal. I read that the tails fall off in the wild almost 100 percent of the time in adults. So perhaps this is a more natural thing? Just bored and rambling on ......r.t.
